About me
I'm a lifelong gamer and esports professional with over two decades of experience shaping the competitive gaming landscape. My journey began in 2004 with the founding of TEK9, one of Belgium’s early esports teams. A first step that quickly grew into a career spanning the global gaming, esports, and live events industries.
Driven by passion rather than trends, I've built my work around a deep love for gaming, people, and the opportunities that emerge when different worlds and perspectives collide. From grassroots community building to international stages, my career reflects a belief that esports is not just about competition, but about culture, connection, and shared ambition.
Some people would say I'm known for my energetic, authentic approach and my ability to bridge worlds. Gaming and business, creativity and structure, local scenes and global ecosystems. As an entrepreneur, public speaker and consultant, I brings real-world experience, strategic insights, and an infectious enthusiasm for what gaming and esports can become when fueled by purpose and vision.
